An additional fee is applied for homes more than 2,000 square feet and for homes built 100 years ago or more. Unique, (such as those containing additional structures, kitchens, in-law apartments, etc.) very large or historical homes are quoted upon request.  A travel fee may apply for inspections in certain areas.
