Price information in these tables is accurate as of 1/1/2025 and are subject to change without notice. Travel fees may apply depending on location of property and proximity to inspector.

Payment is due at the time of inspection.

An additional fee is applied for homes more than 2,000 square feet and for homes built 100 years ago or more. Unique, (such as those containing additional structures, kitchens, in-law apartments, etc.) very large or historical homes are quoted upon request.
