Our Service
A mold inspection can be conducted in conjunction with a home inspection and will be documented in a separate Supplementary Mold Report. Visual evidence of mold-like substances or odors indicating the presence of mold, as well as conditions that may promote the growth of mold, will be documented. No sampling will be done. If a mold investigation without a home inspection is desired, a written Narrative Mold Investigation Report will be prepared.
